Using the contact information on THIS website, I reached out to Likebike when my e-bike arrived without the battery. Within hours I was called by an employee who knew my name, phone number, Likebike order number, and that I needed a battery. He charged me $300 for a battery that was to be shipped and the money refunded with in 24 hours.

The battery was not shipped and the money was not refunded. I reached out to Likebike using their online chat. This employee said that they were in the room with that employee, remembered the conversation, and told me that I didn’t need to worry about it. (See photo) Five days later….

Only after I wrote a bad review, pressed them to refund my money, and give me the CEO’s name and phone number (which they refused to do) so I could report the problems I was having, did the chat person switch to saying I was scammed (see the Likebike reply) and said I couldn’t know that the scammer got my information from LikeBike. 🙄

Any other company would be appalled that they had an information leak and be going out of their way to make it right. All I ask is that they provide the missing battery and refund the money.

Absolutely love the Likebike My2. I would have gave it a full 5 stars, but the break discs came abit warped, so it rubs the pads while I ride. Other than that, the breaks work good, and the bike is very responsive.
