LikeBike Official E-Commerce After-Sales Policy

Thank you for shopping with LikeBike. We are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring your satisfaction. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns, exchanges, refunds, and order cancellations in accordance with U.S. Consumer Protection Laws.

1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Change of Mind)

All items purchased directly from the LikeBike official website are eligible for a 30-day return and exchange period. We want you to be completely satisfied with your e-bike experience.
1.1 Eligibility: To qualify for a return or exchange, the request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
1.2 Condition: The item must be in new or like-new condition, with less than 10 miles on the odometer.
1.3 Packaging: The item must be accompanied by all original packaging, tags, tools, and accessories.
1.4 Free Return Shipping: LikeBike will arrange door-to-door pickup and provide a prepaid return shipping label. LikeBike covers all return shipping costs within the 30-day period.
1.5 No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns that meet the eligibility criteria.

2. Return & Exchange Process

2.1 How to Start: Contact our Customer Support team at mailto:support@likebike.bike with your order number, photos of the bike/odometer, and pickup address.
2.2 Strategic Pickup: We will coordinate with a freight carrier to pick up the item from your location.
2.3 Local Inspection: Once received at one of our 6 U.S. regional warehouses (located in California and New Jersey), we will inspect the item and finalize your refund.

3. Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your item. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the credit to appear. Total refund time will not exceed 15 business days.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the credit to appear.

5. Order Cancellations

5.1 Before Shipment: You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been processed for shipping.
5.2 After Shipment: If the order is in transit, you may reject the package upon delivery. LikeBike will handle the return logistics and provide a full refund.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:
  • Products not purchased directly from http://www.likebike.bike.
  • Items with severe physical damage or missing major components.
  • Items returned without original protective packaging unless authorized.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, LikeBike will:
  • Provide technical support and replacement parts at no cost.
  • Arrange for a local repair or a full replacement if the issue cannot be resolved.
  • Cover all associated shipping and handling costs.
