First, thank you for this Gold Thunder 60v 50ah ebike. The 2nd pkg came in 2 days later from the 1st pkgs. Buyer beware of phone call scam for this bike due to from my experience with the customer service part. I discovered this particular bike is sold by other companies other than likebike. Likebike.bike came through as promised. However, there phone contact is of no avail. The 48 hour email response sucks too! Eg: Once I assembled the thunder ebike gage came on, but it also had a error 5 message that caused the bike to not work. I took the time to look at the manual and it listed 4 things that could be wrong. By luck, I saw one that indicated if the brakes was not working it will not allow to work. I had noticed beforehand that one of my brakes weren't working. So I decided.to unplug that brake wire and it cut the errors message off and the ebike is now working. I then tested the ebike performance and was super pleased. Before I purchased this ebike all the videos regarding this ebike displayed the performance of their 48v battery. I purchased the 60v battery and the takeoff performance was 20% better than the 48v. I live in West Virginia, so I needed a bike that climbs hills. My steepest hill on PAS 2 or 3 gave me 26 mph or better. I am 70 yrs old and the speed of this 60v is scary fast. The breakdown to driving this bike is different from other legal limit ebike. Eg: You control the speed on full throttle better through the PAS button. PAS1 goes to 10mph, PAS2 goes to 19mph, Press PAS3 goes to 27mph, PAS4 goes to 38mph, and PAS5 remains to be seen due to me being afraid. At a glance on a slice down hill, I saw pass 47 mph. The thrill is magnificent. The ebike response is very impressive. I feel bless to have this ebike. My only concern is getting advice from via email likebike.bike customer service in case something goes wrong, I, so far have to use alternative methods such as asking Google how to resolve issues concerning this ebike.
