Update: Had to dispute the credit card charge, but did receive a battery on 6/30. Went to charge it and guess what? They sent a European charger. I called their customer service number on their website and was told that I void my warranty if I buy an adapter, but they would send me a new charger in 30-60 days. Still no refund for the $300. So I am keeping the dispute open with my credit card company.

Using the contact information on THIS website, I reached out to Likebike when my e-bike arrived without the battery. Within hours I was called back by an employee who knew my name, phone number, Likebike order number, and that I needed a battery. He charged me $300 for a battery (using PayPal because they couldn’t take Discover at the moment- the system was down) that was to be shipped and the money refunded within 24 hours.

The battery was not shipped and the money was not refunded. No one returned my calls, so I reached out to Likebike using their online chat. The chat employee said that they were in the room with the other employee, remembered the conversation, and told me that I didn’t need to worry about it. (See photo) Then proceeded to give me the run around. Five days later….

Only after I wrote a bad review, pressed them to refund my money did the chat person switch to saying I was scammed (see the Likebike reply) and said I couldn’t prove that the scammer got my information from LikeBike. 🙄

All I ask is that they provide the missing battery and refund the $300.

Black color needed

Absolutely love the Likebike My2. I would have gave it a full 5 stars, but the break discs came abit warped, so it rubs the pads while I ride. Other than that, the breaks work good, and the bike is very responsive.
